When I was checking out the cashier I went to was rude. Didn't smile, didn't acknowledge that's I was even there. I tried to make her laugh and nothing. She didnt say thank you or have a nice day. This person has 0 personality. Needs a course in customer service. I spoke to the manager about it and all she said is thanks for the feedback! So looks like management isn't great either. If there was another store such as target I would go there. Much friendlier people at TARGET!
We have used the pharmacy at this location for the last time. Pharmacist was not only rude to me but also nasty to the orthopedic surgeon office who wrote the prescription. Maybe she has never experienced a torn hamstring or a broken bone. Lied about not being able to fill it to boot. Finally did after hours of unnecessary BS and prolonged pain. My DR said that she was very unpleasant to deal with.
I drove all the way put here because a staff member told me they had a toy in stock but it was gone. And the service desk can't look up if an item is in stock which really seems ridiculous but they did call a department and had them check. I liked how they had family bathrooms at the front of the store and not the back like the Central Park walmart.
Nice new Walmart. It isn't as big as the other Walmarts in the area so the selection is more limited, but it is clean and well maintained. They do have a small selection of organic foods and product. They also have a small garden center, sporting good and paint. There are 6 or 7 self checkouts and usually at least one regular register open.
This is a good Walmart, not too busy, never any lines, it's very small and they don't carry much compared to other Walmarts though.
